We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.

  • Order cutoff time UK: 19:00 (GMT): After this time, we no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after the cutoff time, one day is added to the delivery time estimate. 

  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

  • Transit time: Transit time for orders 1-3 days, delivery on: Mon-Fri

  • Packaging

    We carefully & securely package your order using 100% care ready for delivery. 

    Your order will be checked, scanned & collected by our couriers directly from our workshop. This is when you will receive your dispatch notification.

    You will be emailed with a courier tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

    Please include your Email and Mobile Number with your order to receive the maximum amount of tracking information.

Return Process

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • The Return Form

    The first step is to fill in the returns form. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Just print it out and attach it to your package.

    Providing us with your order number will help speed up the return process. Once we receive the parcel back, we will issue a refund.

  • Re-package

    Make sure you include the Returns Form with your returned order. Please package your return as securely as possible to avoid damage in transit.

    Ideally please re-use our packaging where possible as this helps to limit unnecessary waste.

  • Send It Back

    Once the parcel is all packed up and ready to go, just send it back to us. Return costs are covered by the customer.

    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

    Refund: After the inspection, your refund will be processed. Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days.
