You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any return costs will be covered by the customer. The original purchaser must contact the company within this 30 day Period.

If for any reason there is a fault with an item the goods should be returned to NatalFirst, this return cost will be covered by ourselves. At our discretion, we will either refund the purchase price or repair the damage and return the goods to you. If the damage is unrepairable, we will remake your order. This constitutes our sole obligation under this guarantee.
